This includes clear routing, a clean environment and a relaxed feeling of safety, also in the car parks and immediate vicinity. A team of specialists is involved in the day to day issues with our centre manager, who acts as the pivot of the location.

Direct contact with retailers, franchisers, staff and consumers ensures that our shopping centre managers are up to date with all that is happening on the ‘shop floor’. SCM Europe also initiates regular meetings with members of retailers’ associations where there is ample room for feedback on plans that have been implemented and new activities that have yet to be put into effect. The day to day implementation is coordinated by SCM Europe in cooperation with a general board or committee.
